Healing doesn’t always happen in a straight line, and you don’t have to walk it alone. At Inner Space, we offer individual psychotherapy that goes deeper than traditional models: integrating the mind, body, and nervous system into a therapeutic experience that’s personalized, paced, and profoundly human.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, an Eating Disorder, relationship struggles, or the feeling of simply being overwhelmed by life, this is a space to explore your inner world safely, with the guidance of a trusted therapist.
What is psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy (also known as counseling) is a collaborative process designed to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns. At Inner Space, our approach is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in nervous system awareness.
This isn’t just about venting or “fixing” what feels broken, it’s about slowing down, building insight, and learning how to meet yourself with curiosity and care. Over time, therapy can help you:
Regulate your nervous system and respond to life with more ease
Build resilience in the face of stress, loss, or uncertainty
Break free from old patterns and limiting beliefs
Deepen self-trust, self-compassion, and inner clarity

Why Inner Space?
We don’t believe in treating symptoms in isolation. We believe in supporting the whole person.
Psychotherapy at Inner Space is grounded in presence and supported by access to complementary healing modalities, including:
Body-based tools for nervous system regulation
Integration practices such as journaling, mindfulness, and breathwork
Optional use of Inner Space’s tech therapies to deepen your experience
This integrative approach honors both your cognitive understanding and your somatic (felt) experience, so that healing doesn’t just live in your mind, but lands in your body too.
